I have only just started car detailing (as a keen amateur ) and wanted to achieve a finish fitting to my car, however spoiling the finish was a number a swirls and marks showing on the paintwork. Time to look at a professional detailer. I have read many reviews on the net and found Miglior detailing. I spoke to John (known as Jay) and we talked through the options. I decided on an enhancement detail to bring the car back up to condition.

My Audi A3 Black edition was booked in for an enhancement detail (some 11 hours later) and I am amazed at the finish, it is better than new! The attention Jay’s work shows is pure perfection and second to none. I would definitely recommend Miglior Detailing 100% for anyone wanting detailing work carried out on their pride and joy.

I decided to pay a visit to Miglior Detailing this year, after deciding that I wanted to seriously improve the appearance of the paint on my car, and have some form of protection for the winter months. After last year’s snow and Ice I couldn’t wash the car myself even once a week, which left a mass of salt and grit permanently on.

Having found Miglior Detailing on the internet and viewing some beautifully detailed vehicles online, I called in to have a chat first of all with John. He talked me through the process of detailing my car and sealing it all down afterwards with various types of high quality waxes or sealants. John explained how my paintwork would be improved, the services he offers, but most importantly, not one little bit of ‘selling’. John is very passionate about his work, this is very evident.

Needless to say, shortly afterwards my car was booked it for an Enhancement Detail, this took 11 hours to complete.

Upon returning for the car, the change it the paintwork and wheels is nothing short of astonishing. The masses of marks and scratches have been heavily reduced revealing a paintwork with depth, gloss and a mirror finish to die for. The car is now stunning to look at, and is protected for a long time to come. This is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with the result.

If you want your car detailing/protecting properly, this is the guy to do it, no question.

This was my first experience with Miglior, and indeed with paint detailing, which was new to me. I had no idea what to expect but, after some initial difficulty locating the building (which is not signposted, quite sensibly, given the value of the cars worked on), had a good chat with the Director, John (or “Jay” as everybody calls him) who explained the process in detail in a friendly manner. At no point did he try to sell anything, he simply outlined the numerous options available.

Having seen what happened to my pride and joy when taking it to a local “hand wash” carwash (which, to my horror, resulted in areas of the car looking like they had been sandpapered since the sponges used must have been covered in grit – rest assured that it will never go near a roadside car wash again!), I was determined to ensure that the car was restored to a new condition and to keep it that way.

The work done was impeccable – the car practically unrecognisable from what I had left a few days earlier. Fortunately I was away on holiday so was able to let Miglior have the car for a week (although it only took 3 days to complete) and the transformation was remarkable. It hadn’t been restored to a new condition – it was better than new! Jay’s attention to detail was clear, even to the extent of ensuring that the interior of the filler cap hadn’t been missed. The finish was so mirror-like it would almost be feasible to drive looking at the reflection of the road on the bonnet instead of the road itself!!

The car is now booked to go back for its first service wash and valet in a fortnight, and I plan to ensure that it goes back on a regular basis to ensure that it remains as beautiful in the future as it does now! I would not hesitate to recommend that anybody who appreciates their car use Miglior detailing, who offer both a professional and personal service in one.

My Miglior experience had a lot to live up to. I like to look after my cars and always did all my own detailing by hand but could never get a finish I was totally happy with. I could never make a big impact into the dreaded swirls doing it by hand so it was time to pick a professional detailer. I’d like to congratulate John @ Miglior detailing for his sterling work. I am a regular customer at Miglior detailing due to the perfect work carried out every time, without fail on my cars. I have signed up to the maintenance contract on my personal cars. John also works on a variety of cars I trade. The initial outlay might seem expensive, but the added residual value will always far outweigh the cost of the detailing work!

I love car detailing (as a keen amateur) and have previously done it all myself, but this year decided I would enlist the services of a Professional, John @ Miglior detailing

Initially it does appear to be a relatively large outlay, but compare it to tuning parts and it isn’t That is the misconception. If you have the time, then by all means learn from the pros and buy the right kit and DIY
but this will cost you a reasonable outlay. But as we all know time is limited, and the days of having 2-3 days free to clean a car just never happens when you have wife/kids/dogs/houses/jobs to look after.

I can only confirm that my car was well looked after and came back like glass. Using the correct washing procedure I have only washed it and lightly detailed it to keep it looking fresh In no time at all, after a quick wash and its back to gleaming, hassle free, gorgeous car every time , and it’s now 6 months later, it still looks just as good!

It’s a balance but you pay professionals to look after your engine / add modifications, so I don’t see why the same principal doesn’t apply to car detailing. Yes you can DIY, but ultimately a well known and trusted professional will be able to do create a better finish, that lasts longer, in less time using the correct finishes for your specific car.

For me this is Miglior detailing Ltd due to location and he’s someone I can trust.

If you are thinking of having this done, John is a top guy to deal with! The difference in paintwork is unbelievable thanks to Miglior detailing. I had only had the car for 2 weeks and was apprehensive at leaving the car. But have to admit John is a really top guy!

I was amazed at the difference in the paint John pointed out things I didn’t see. A few days after a bird had made a mess on the roof and it came off, as easy as I imagine it went on, with a bit of water which confirmed the protection John had said this work would give the paint.

I STRONGLY recommend that you let this guy loose on your car!
